FAMILIAS Y PROFESORADO ANTE EL CONSUMO DE PORNOGRAFÍA EN JÓVENES Y ADOLESCENTES: ANÁLISIS DE DISCURSOS Y RELEVANCIA PARA EL TRABAJO SOCIAL

Resumen
En los últimos años, la industria de la pornografía ha continuado su expansión y cada vez es mayor el número de jóvenes y adolescentes que la consumen. Ante esta realidad, parece necesario investigar cómo perciben los padres, madres y docentes este fenómeno. Para ello, este estudio se apoya en una investigación realizada en Tenerife en la que se utilizó una metodología cualitativa de grupos de discusión, en los que participaron 10 representantes de las AMPAS y 20 docentes de centros educativos de enseñanza secundaria. Tanto madres y padres como docentes comparten discursos sobre la preocupación del aumento del consumo, la facilidad del acceso y la pornificación de la sociedad. Ante esto, demandan acciones de información sobre las repercusiones negativas del consumo y formación especializada y científica.

Abstract
In recent years, the pornography industry has continued to expand and the number of young people and adolescents who consume pornography is increasing. Given this reality, it seems necessary to investigate how parents and teachers perceive this phenomenon. For this purpose, this study is based on a research carried out in Tenerife in which a qualitative methodology of discussion groups was used, with the participation of 10 representatives of AMPAS and 20 teachers from secondary schools. Both mothers and fathers and teachers share the concern about the increase in consumption, the ease of access and the pornification of society. In view of this, they demand information actions on the negative repercussions of consumption and specialized and scientific training.
