Resumen
Se ha realizado una revisión de la literatura científica para valorar los factores sociales vinculados al suicidio del personal sanitario, sus condicionantes y factores de influencia en este tipo de conducta. Del estudio se desprende la necesidad de la realización de autopsias sociales.

Abstract
A review of the scientific literature has been carried out to assess the social factors linked to suicide among healthcare personnel, its determinants and factors influencing this type of behaviour. From the study, the need for social autopsies has emerged.
