UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA EXPLORATORIA SOBRE LOS BENEFICIOS DE LA MEDIACIÓN FAMILIAR EN LA RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS EN PROGENITORES DIVORCIADOS CON HIJOS E HIJAS
[AN EXPLORATORY SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF THE BENEFITS OF FAMILY MEDIATION IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN DIVORCED PARENTS WITH CHILDREN]

Resumen
La Mediación Familiar, se traduce en un proceso voluntario en el que una profesional interviene de forma neutral, ofreciendo a las personas un espacio para comunicarse y llegar a un entendimiento mutuo. Este proceso es especialmente significativo en los casos de divorcio con hijos e hijas, dado que facilita que la separación transite hacia un proceso de crecimiento para todos los miembros de la familia. El objetivo principal fue determinar si la Mediación Familiar es una herramienta útil en los casos de divorcios que involucran a hijos e hijas, para proporcionar una mejor comprensión sobre su utilidad ante estas situaciones.
Por ello, fue efectuada una Revisión Sistemática Exploratoria con el propósito de incrementar el conocimiento y la información en el campo del Trabajo Social. El diseño de protocolo de la revisión constó de seis apartados que trataron de delimitar la búsqueda de un modo más exhaustivo. En ellos fueron establecidos los criterios de inclusión —el período de estudio abordaron los años 2014-2024—, las fuentes de información fueron Web of Science y Scopus, y se utilizó una estrategia de búsqueda para delimitar la obtención de unos resultados que fueron analizados con la intención de establecer si responden o no a la pregunta de investigación y sí presentan eventos de interés.
Los resultados de la Revisión Sistemática Exploratoria identificaron nueve artículos científicos que establecieron que la Mediación Familiar permite que los progenitores se centren en el bienestar de sus hijos e hijas, fomentando una actitud empática hacia los intereses de las partes mediante la facilitación de la comunicación entre ambas. Cabe señalar que la escasez de investigación respecto a esta temática supuso una limitación, evidenciada por el número de artículos incluidos. Es por ello por lo que, los resultados del estudio recomendaron el aumento del rango de años para abordar un mayor número de artículos que guarden relación con la temática de cara a futuras investigaciones.

Abstract
Family mediation is a voluntary process in which a professional intervenes in a neutral way, offering people a space to communicate and reach a mutual understanding. This process is especially significant in cases of divorce with children, since it facilitates the separation to move towards a process of growth for all members of the family. The main objective was to determine whether Family Mediation is a useful tool in divorce cases involving children, in order to provide a better understanding of its usefulness in these situations.
Therefore, an Exploratory Systematic Review was conducted with the purpose of increasing knowledge and information in the field of Social Work. The protocol design of the review consisted of six sections that tried to delimit the search in a more exhaustive way. The inclusion criteria were established —the study period covered the years 2014-2024—, the sources of information were Web of Science and Scopus, and a search strategy was used to delimit the obtaining of results that were analysed with the intention of establishing whether or not they respond to the research question and whether or not they present events of interest.
